Your quick guide to booking, staying, and living comfortably with COHOME SG. Find answers to common questions for both prospective and current tenants.

How do I reserve a room with COHOME SG?

To secure your preferred room, two separate payments are required: • First month’s rent • Security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent Payments should only be made directly to COHOME SG’s official company bank account. The tenancy agreement can be signed as part of the confirmation process.

Are there any agent fees or additional service charges?

There are no agent fees. A S$50 admin fee applies, but is waived for leases of at least 12 months. Quarterly air-con servicing is charged at S$30 per quarter (S$10 per month).

Is there a zero-upfront deposit option available?

Yes. Eligible tenants can apply through Rently for a S$0 upfront security deposit option. First month’s rent is still payable separately. Approval is subject to Rently’s assessment and terms.

Can I reserve a room without an in-person viewing?

Yes. You may reserve a room without attending a physical viewing. A room tour or virtual viewing can also be arranged with prior notice. Alternatively, a friend or representative may view the room on your behalf.

Can I complete my booking while overseas?

Yes. Overseas tenants may complete the booking remotely and make payment through international bank transfer. Your selected room will be secured once the required deposit payment has been made.

What documents do I need to provide?

Tenants are required to provide their passport and relevant pass details for the tenancy process. For tenants below 21 years old, a guarantor will be required.

Do I need to arrange the tenancy stamp duty myself?

COHOME SG can assist with e-stamping for a S$10 service fee. IRAS stamp duty is charged separately.
