How are shared spaces kept clean and comfortable?
Weekly cleaning is provided for common areas, including the kitchen, living room, common bathroom, yard and corridor. Cleaning of individual bedrooms is not included. Tenants are expected to clean up after personal use, especially in shared spaces such as the kitchen, so everyone can enjoy a clean and comfortable home.
Is smoking permitted in the home?
To maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for everyone, smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere inside the home, including bedrooms and all common areas.
How is utility usage managed fairly among housemates?
Utilities are included up to a monthly cap of S$50 per room. If total household usage exceeds the combined cap, the excess cost will be shared equally among all tenants.
Utility bills or usage breakdowns will be provided for transparency. For approved additional occupants, the utility cap may be reviewed based on actual usage.
Can I welcome guests during my stay?
Yes. Please inform the COHOME SG manager or update the household group chat before inviting guests. Guest visiting hours are 10 am–10 pm, but overnight stays are not allowed.
Can I cook and prepare meals in the home?
Yes, light cooking is allowed. Please avoid strong-smelling foods where possible.
After cooking, wash your dishes and clean the stove, countertop and sink. Personal open-flame appliances are not permitted.
How do I request maintenance support?

What types of maintenance issues can be reported?
We can assist with appliance, plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning issues.
When are maintenance visits usually scheduled?
Maintenance visits are usually scheduled Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
Timing may vary depending on the nature and urgency of the request.
Who should I contact for urgent home issues?
For urgent issues such as water leaks, power trips or lockouts, contact the Tenant Manager via WhatsApp immediately. Charges may apply if the damage was caused by the tenant.
A door-opening or key-assistance fee of S$80 to S$120 may apply, depending on the situation, timing and support required.
How do I arrange my check-in?
Check-in is available from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, with at least one week’s advance notice required.
Saturday check-ins are available by appointment only and must also be arranged at least one week in advance. Requests outside the standard check-in hours may be considered, subject to the Tenant Manager’s availability.
What happens during check-in?
A COHOME SG Tenant Manager will meet you at the apartment and assist you with the check-in process.
You will receive all necessary keys or access cards for your room and the apartment. A room handover inspection will also be conducted together with the Tenancy Agreement documentation.
